Attack of the Silver Ball can be yours for only $20.00!
Download the full version of Attack of the Silver Ball here. That's right, the full version can be downloaded for free, at your leisure! However, it will be in a locked state. What you will actually purchase will be an unlock pass code that will unlock the game.
Install and setup AOTSB. Simply double-click on the file you downloaded, and the setup will begin automatically. Once the process is done, run aotsbunlock.exe. There will be a link to it on your desktop and in the program group. This program will present you with an initial pass code. WRITE IT DOWN, as you will need that initial pass code to purchase the unlock pass code. It's o.k. if you didn't write down the initial pass code the first time; the same code will appear every time you run aotsbunlock.exe.
Now that you have your initial pass code, head back to this page and click the CONTINUE button below. You will be taken to another page where you will enter some basic information, such as your name, e-mail, and your initial pass code. From there, you are taken to a secure Pay Pal server, where you will fill out the payment information. Once that is complete, you will be taken to one final page, which will present you with your brand new unlock pass code! WRITE DOWN THIS UNLOCK PASS CODE!
You have now bought your unlock pass code; all that's left is to unlock the game. So, head back to aotsbunlock.exe, and type in the unlock pass code in the provided field. Hit the apply button, and after a few seconds, your version of Attack of the Silver Ball will be unlocked. To run the game, just click on the icon on your desktop or the shortcut in the program group, and get ready for some serious fun!
If the unlock pass code you were given did not unlock the game, chances are you mistyped the initial pass code during the purchasing process. This can be a real bummer, since you already put down your hard-earned cash. Luckily, there is a quick and easy solution. First, download aotsbpass.exe right here. Place it in the same directory where you installed AOTSB. For example, if you installed AOTSB in c:\games\aotsb, then place aotsbpass.exe in c:\games\aotsb. Run this program, and it will create the file initpass.txt in the same directory. This file contains your true initial pass code. Now, send us an e-mail at aotsb@roundhousesoft.com with your name and e-mail address (these should be the same as the ones you provided during the purchasing process), as well as the initial pass code from initpass.txt (you can just attach initpass.txt to your e-mail). We will then e-mail you back with the correct unlock pass code. Continue to Step 4 above.
Additional Notes: Attack of the Silver Ball requires a video card with full OpenGL support. Some video cards may not fully support OpenGL, or have problems. We've strived to make Attack of the Silver Ball run well on every mainstream card. But, we can't guarantee that it works on every card out there, so if you're unsure about your video card, download the demo first! You can get it here.
Here's another link to the locked, full version of AOTSB. It's somewhat large at 62 megs, so people with slow connections may want to use a download program that can resume broken downloads such as GetRight.
For people with pass code problems, here's another link to aotsbpass.exe. It's tiny, so you should have no problem downloading it. Just follow the steps in the trouble-shooting section above.
Notice! If you have problems with AOTSB, rest assured that we will do everything in our power to help you find a solution. E-mail us at aotsb@roundhousesoft.com, and we'll try to respond as quickly as we can. However, because the entire transaction is performed online and electronically, it's impossible for us to confirm whether a problem is legitimate or not. While this means we'll treat every problem as legitimate, it also means we cannot offer refunds. We certainly don't anticipate many, if any, problems to not have a quick solution, but to be 100 % sure that AOTSB will run fine, it's always smart to download the latest demo!
