RoundHouse Entertainment LLC, pertaining to the software package,
Attack of the Silver Ball.

Copying and Use of this software ("Software") is subject to the
following license agreement.  Read this license carefully before using
or copying this Software.  By using this Software in any manner, you are
agreeing to the terms of this license.  If you do not agree to any
portion of this license, do not use this Software in any manner.

All components of this Software, including, but not limited to, the
coding, artwork, sound, and music, are copyright property of RoundHouse
Entertainment LLC.  This Software has been licensed, not sold, to
you.  If this Software is in its original, locked, and compressed format,
it can be distributed freely, as long as it remains intact.  Once it
is uncompressed, unlocked, or modified in any manner, you are given
permission to make a single copy for backup purposes, and copies of
this Software for any other use or purpose are strictly prohibited.
Unless explicitly permitted by law or by this license, you may not
de-compile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or alter any component or
file of this Sofware.  You are given the right to alter the file named
settings.dat within the system directory.

You agree that you use this Software at your own risk.  The Software
is provided "AS IS." RoundHouse Entertainment LLC provides no warranty
of any kind.  Under no circumstances shall RoundHouse Entertainment LLC,
or its employees, owners, or agents, be liable for damage of any kind
that may arise, either in part or in whole, from the use of this
Software.  This limitation stands even if RoundHouse Entertainment LLC,
or one of it's employees, owners, or agents, was aware of possible
damages.  This limitation is void only in the case that jurisdiction
does not allow such a limitation.
